Very basic skills. We own a single head Gaggia. Have difficulty getting a great espresso shot.
About Me:
Coowner w/husband, Glenn. We own and operate a seasonal bakery cafe in the heritage village of Paisley, Ontario, population about 1100. Our bakery is housed in a building circa 1895. We moved here from Toronto in 1999 and spent the first couple of years reno-ing, exposing the original tin ceiling and hardwood floor. We have been operating as a bakery up until this point but this year decided to put in some seating and serve lunches. We specialize in light ryes and whole grain artisan breads as well as baguettes, focaccia etc. We make everything on the premises and buy fresh local ingredients whenever possible. I love coffee and would love to get that perfect cappuccino or espresso.
