About Me:
February 2007 – Present (4 years 5 months) I have been a coffee roaster for AmbrosiaBean for 4 years now. The machine I work with is the 10Kg Toper. I am currently waiting on the delivery of my new shop roaster which is a Garanti. I very much enjoy the art of roasting and blending (both pre and post roast). I am currently working on a signature espresso blend and am finding the search for the perfect balance a little challenging.
