The coffee shop is a small franchise within a grocery store. It is where I fell in love with this business. I have learned to make all of the drinks within the parameters but have no formal training or certification I do all of the scheduling, all of the ordering, training,organizing, etc. I am looking forward to getting more education, attending symposiums, and traveling I

About Me:
I love reading anything about coffee or tea. I like working in the garden and quiet time. I have a grandson who is 3 months old and look forward to spending time with him in the future
About My Company:
I work for Giant Food Stores/Ahold USA. They offer great benefits. The bought the coffee kiosks from Bucks County Coffee Company, 2 years ago. The Coffee Shoppe could be better. I'm trying to help in the realm.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
