I worked on the first Espresso machine on Granville Island in 1987....been making coffee on tour for the grateful....barista for years, before it had a cool name. Coffee shops are VITAL for the community, a place for conversation and growth. It creates an atmosphere and keeps the youth in the community. Coffee is life.
