Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work at a little shop in Lubbock called Sugar Browns (myspace.com/sugarbrownscoffee) and we are all about bringing great espresso and coffee to people who dont know what it is all about. We have been open for a little over four years of which I have been a barista for two. I am now in the position of Lead Barista and am in charge of training and am always on the lookout for ways to grow in knowledge and skills.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere...im moving to San Fran. in january.
