Mississippi Mud Coffee Roasters Cafe has been opened a little over a year now and we share a space with a local art gallery so makes for a cozy artsy place to come have great coffee and admire the art.
About Me:
Well I've been in the bar, resturant scene for a little over 20 years prodomitely in managment and decided to try something different, so as luck would have it someone I knew needed a cafe manager so that' pretty much how I got into the coffee scene and I am interested in learning every aspect of coffee, from being a barista to roasting to learning every aspect.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
learning the difference between the different beans and how they are roasted and learning how to pull a perfect espresso shot!
