About Me:
Despite all of the classes i have taken, the thousands of dollars spent on tuition, and the fact that i am supposed to graduate in may, i get a little closer to dropping out and becoming a full time barista everyday. I am really interested in the role of coffee in emerging markets and the economies of developing nations, and am always actively seeking information about both economic and environmental sustainability in relation to coffee.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The smells and the class acts.
