We are a recent upstart that is working on a new food establishment concept that has a main cafe area with an expanded open kitchen fast food take out/delivery area plus an upstairs restaurant serving roma style pizza with wine and beer service.

I just jumped back into the food service industry and part of the new concept I am working on involves a very crafty coffee section that will put emphasis on coffees and espresso
