I am the Director of Business Development at S$D Coffee and a licenced Q Grader. I buy the sustainable and specialty coffees for S&D along with blend creation and sales support. From 2000 thru 2008 I was the Roast Master and Coffee Buyer at Dallis Bros. Coffee in NYC.
