About Me:
Discovered 'real' coffee while sent on a work assignment to Paris (for a year). Evolved from a Krups home espresso, to a Rancilio Silvia (which I PID'd) and Rocky combo, before moving onto a Brewtus II and Macap MD4. Loads of other equipment including French Press, AeroPress and Syphon. Roast at home on a Gene Cafe.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Losing myself in preparing an espresso and delighting in that moment when the liquid gold caresses my tongue (poetic eh?).
