I did two years with the empire of the evil green siren and I am currently working on my third year as a real barista.
About Me:
I am a political science/ international studies major currently stuck in bureaucratic hell between a local community college and the University of Washington. I never had any intention of going into the specialty coffee industry but after a few years of doing this barista thing I have fallen in love and hope to become increasingly involved in the other various aspects of the industry.
