About Me:
I'm the Queen of Quickbooks, a two year vet of Peet's with a stint at a couple of places in London. A barista-trained wholesale accountant who happens to be learning a thing or two about production-side affairs, the glories of running a small business in a recession, and keeping 15 communication threads ordered while not disturbing my french tips...and the chemex. I have an affinity for Australian coffee culture, urban farms, hiking, and Pimms. That, and playing devils advocate when it comes to talking about the role of specialty coffee in sustainable food systems.
