Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My first job was working as a Barista at age 13. Since then I have taken on home roasting with a "hot rod" home built machine. I am a recent graduate of the ABC School in Portland OR.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Ethiopia, South and Central America, Yemen, Kenya...
About Me:
I am a Pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. I have 11-1/2 years experience in Architecture as a draftsman and project manager. Currently I am looking to open a Cafe, Community Center, Church.
About My Company:
We will soon open a Cafe, Community Center, Church facility called "Heritage". This will be a business and not-for-profit engaging the small community of Shasta Lake in northern California.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Coffee! and the sociological phenomena called "third space"...what a great culture!
