Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
we are a smaller shop, but we roast our own beans once a week...meaning our bulk coffee sales for the city we service are rather high...which i like to think means our coffee is pretty freakin good since we are surrounded by many other competitors...i have been serving up coffee for over three years...as of 2008, i was moved to position of shop manager (which is the first time the owner has ever stepped away from her own shop and left it in someone else's hands, so...kind of an honor, i suppose...)
