About Me:
Coffee Educator, Trainer and Consultant in coffeeshop start-ups. I am an entrepreneur and have opened, managed and worked in coffeeshops for over 20 years. I often travel between Toronto, Ottawa and sometimes Montreal. It has been an exciting journey so far but I learn something new every day. I speak french fairly well. Je parle francais aussi bien, mais j'ai besoin de practiquer!
