Opened my shop 8 months ago, knowing nothing about the coffee industry. Attended ABC school prior to opening. Might abe able to offer insight as to opening your own shop.

About Me:
Quit my profession of 35 years and opened coffee shop. Biggest challenge of my life.
About My Company:
We sell all coffee drinks, plus do Paninis and sell Gelato. Open 12 hours per day, 6 days per week. Still new and growing, just a "baby".
