Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I've worked on and off as a barista for the past 2 and a half years with varying management duties. This past month I just got a job as a manager at a new coffee shop (unopened in my area) and am helping with start-up and operation. I'm looking for advice and tips wherever I can get them!

San Francisco, Victoria or Vancouver, Oregon, Montreal, Toronto, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark.

About Me:

I have been a coffee enthusiast for a numbers of years now and enjoy brewing fresh and tasty coffee/tea at home for myself. Beyond that I am very active in my community, lending a hand or being a part in planning events. And in my University by serving on our Student's Association. Helping people and working towards "bigger/picture" causes is a passion of mine. I also love playing ultimate fribsee and am often found crocheting watching Netflix with my dog (Midnight) and my cat (Willow).

About My Company:

The idea is a coffee/juice bar with a few cold serve menu items and a small retail section. Generally a great place to hang out in the front of the store or get work done in the accommodating back seating area. Patio and great music are a must. In the future, live music nights? Who knows.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Great tasting espresso and the people.
