I am a pastry chef and owner of a shop called Meridienne Dessert Salon and Cafe in Historic Rogers, Arkansas. We are interested in serving espresso drinks and french press service to compliment our desserts and other menu items. I have no prior barista experience or training.

About Me:
I attended school for pastry arts and baking about 12 years ago and have been doing freelance cakes and catering since then under the name of Vanilla Bean Dreams. I also taught classical pastries a community college level.
About My Company:
Meridienne is a vintage french inspired patisserie serving classic french pastries, composed desserts, custom cakes and limited breakfast and lunch. Eventually we'd like to be open at night for wine and desserts.
