Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I recently attended the American Barista & Coffee School in Portland, OR. I had not know a thing about coffee or espresso until I attended the class. I sure learned a lot from it.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I am interested in traveling to Europe and South America.
About Me:
I am a manager at a family owned bakery in the Rio Grande Valley. I have recently been wanting to incorporate better coffee beverages at our store.
About My Company:
We are a family owned bakery that has been open for 21 years. We started off as a tortilleria and soon after we became a bakery. We bake mexican sweet breads daily and serve traditional mexican items such as tamales, barbacoa, and pinole.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
There are so many options! You can create anything. It is a science and an art.
