I run the deli and coffee bar at an all natural food co-op. I have 36 employees total but not all have barista training

I am 28 yrs old, chef by trade but manager for now.
About My Company:
Hunger Mountain Co-op is a all natural member owned co-op. We do about $250,000 in sales a week. we support local agriculture, crafts, and vendors.
