Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm currently building my chops as a barista, as I was working for a year in coffee in '06 - '07 and didn't start up again till just this past summer or '09. I'm looking for opportunities wherever I can to really build my strengths and get back into coffee again. It's something I truly do miss.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I'd like to travel to Sicily, Ireland, New Zealand, Vietnam....
About Me:
I'm an Art Therapy Major looking to work with the youth population, especially within the LGBTQ community. I have a great appreciation for this coffee driven town and would like to stay in the loop as long as is humanly possible. :)
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The process of tamping, pulling shots, and getting that just right balance of crema vs. espresso. I enjoy the people who come in and get their coffee, and the community you get from co-workers. Truly...awesome.
