Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I am the owner and operator of this coffee shop. We have indoor seating for approx 32 and a drive thru. In addition to specialty coffee, we serve breakfast and lunch. I gained my knowledge of the specialty coffee business primarily by attending the week long class at ABC. Additional skills gained from Coffee Fest, SCAA conference, training from Bellissimo consultants and additional classes offered by ABC as well as my roaster, Longbottom. I work nearly everyday and pride myself on being an involved, active owner.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Costa Rica; Tanzania, Italy. Alway love to visit Seattle.

About Me:

I was (an am) a nurse having worked in that profession full time for 25 years. I am a people person. Both nursing and being a coffee shop owner and barista allow me the priviledge of getting to know and enjoy people everyday.

People!! But also developing knowledge and understanding of the people in this industry from farmers to retailers.
