I own a drive-thru coffee hut in central oregon. I thought I knew alot about coffee and the business in general but really knew very little it turns out. My business is turning out to be a big success. I feel like I have just finished 3 years of business training.

I am a middle age female, a workaholic hands on kind of person. married for 30 + years and we still like each other! I love my business but am learning the importance of getting away for a few days and leaving some responsibility to my staff.
About My Company:
3 years old and going strong. The first year was just me and my husband running it, we now have 4 employees and are seeing our clientel grow continuously.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The smell of fresh coffee ! I never tire of it. also new menu ideas.
