Former Manager & Former Barista Trainer - smokeyrow.com Attended Midwest Barista Competition @ Coffeefest Chicago 2009. Dominated our Smokey Row Latte Art Throw-downs...both times.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
During recession specialty coffee still makes $$ expendable. We supply the good people with their drug. We give em what they need.
