Amateurbarista but trained by 2 Danish champions. Having a Gs3 and Robur Electronic enjoying every day 2 espressos and 2 cappucinodobbleshot 70 kilometers away from the nearest respectable coffeeshop. I signed here because I got a Probatino and hope someone here will share their knowledge with about roasting especially on this.

I am Thomas living alone in my own houseat the seaside on the top of the western part of Denmark working as a fulltimeorganist in the Danish lutheran church. Besides I am educated Iyengaryogateacher with a very strong selfpractice. In between my jobs/interest I enjoy very much my 4 daily dobbleshots divded in 2 espressi 2 grand cinos. I sign up here because I found a very cheap Probatinogas form 2004 in very shape and hope someone from this forum will share their roastingexperience on such a thing with me.
