Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I run a small espressobar in a Seats2meet.com location which is a meeting-, event- and flex/co-working space. I'm a down to earth barista. I have no exceptional tasting skills but know how to make a good (Italian style) espresso and pour latte art. I do a few nice specials and enjoy indulging my guests.
About Me:
I earned my living as a professional bass player until the financial crisis struck the cultural sector. I decided to use my home barista skills to make some money in another fun way!
About My Company:
What I try with my company is to sell top quality coffee from Holland's most sustainable roaster 'Peeze' in a place where people are used to drink freeze dried coffee for free. It's hard but I'm getting there!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The shared passion for honoust quality. And of course this only counts in the specialty coffee industry!
