Seattle's Best Coffee Supervisor, interested in the specialty coffee world. The third wave, science of coffee, and culinary potential of coffee all get my attention.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I'm interested in any coffee producing country and any country with a quality coffee culture.
About Me:
I work at Seattle's Best Coffee as a shift supervisor and frequent many specialty cafes in Portland on a daily basis. I also home roast and am on a continuous quest for further knowledge and control over coffee. I find coffee to be a never ending chasm of exploration.
About My Company:
My company is a corporation owned by Starbucks and responsible for creating the large coffee market and the third wave of coffee by providing an entry to the coffee world to mass consumers.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
