Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Just getting started, bought the place from the previous owners. The shop has had a succession of owners since it opened in 2004. Looking at the financial records, it looks like a lot of quality bean purchases with no regard to quality preparation. I cannot find a single receipt replacing any parts, or even servicing, any of the equipment. It is sad. And prior to purchase, I had no idea the love and dedication an espresso machine requires. It's like having a classic car: constant TLC needed and folks will notice and appreciate.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
The world over, if time, money, and family were of no consideration.
