Roasting for past 12 years. I feel quite capable on machines from Olympia Cremina to LM Livia 4. My speed is not up to shop standards but I can pull and pour a very satisfying variety of drinks. I'm working on my cappa art and it's finally to a place that is consistent and pleasing to the eye.
About Me:
I'm an interactive media producer with a long time interest in coffee. Someday soon I hope to retire and open a shop that is equal parts library / left / espresso.
