Jubala Coffee in Raleigh NC makes every cup to order, whether it be filter coffee or espresso. I'm a Counter Culture certified barista and coffee steward and will be competing in regional barista competition this fall/winter.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
In the US: LA, San Fransisco, Portland, Seattle, NYC, Chicago, Austin, St. Louis, Internationally: UK, France, Norway, Australia, Korea, China, Japan.
About Me:
25. Single. Coffee Nerd. I prefer washed Ethiopians and El Salvadorans as espresso and South American coffees as filter coffees. I care a lot more about espresso than I do about other brew methods, and I don't like more than four ounces of milk at a time. I was head runner at the 2013 USBC.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love the community that forms around great coffee.
