About Me:
I work for a small-batch artisan roasting company- Great Plains Coffee Roasting Co.- in Sioux Falls, SD. I have been working with coffee for about 2 years now and obviously enjoy every minute of it. Latte art has become a new favorite hobby of mine, along with setting up a training manual for new hires.
