Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I started off running the cash register at Alterra coffee in Milwaukee and eventually found myself behind the espresso machine. In 2009 I moved to Arizona and started Press Coffee Roasters roasting operation and was a huge advocate for the growing scene in the Southwest.
