My love of coffee is closely tied to my love of food. I have spent most of my adult life working in restaurants and I attribute my skill as/passion for being a barista to my obsession for flavor and service. Attention to detail, an outgoing demeanor and a commitment to please -when it comes to coffee- are what sets me apart behind the bar.

Blue Bottle coffee is a BUSY company. It's great for someone who wants to get their hands on all preparations of coffee. Syphon, pour over(bee house, bonmac), Marzocco(gb5, fb80, linea paddle group), lever machines(idro compresso, la San Marco, Bosco, Astoria).
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Diversity and creativity. It's a growing industry full of young, forward thinking people.
