Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
At home, I prepare Espresso with my Gaggia Classic Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine and Pour Over coffee with my Chemex coffee maker for family and friends. I've learned to sharpen my skills from watching Youtube videos and by attending a few classes at the Counter Culture coffee labs.

About Me:
I was gravely ill and in a state of coma for 4 months in 2008. As I began to recover, I became very interested in specialty coffee. I've become very passionate about the industry and one day I would love to own my own Specialty coffee house.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I appreciate that everyone I've met in the industry is very dedicated to their craft and strive to take their skills to new levels to create the best product they can provide. Todd Carmichael of La Colombe is a great example of such a person.
