What is your position in the coffee industry?

    barista, barista trainer, industry professional

Where are you located? ( City and Country )

    sydney australia

How many years have you been in the industry?

    11

If you are a barista or shop, are you interested in a barista exchange with another coffee shop/barista?

    maybe

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for 11 years now. I have woked various roles from the kitchen, bar and floor. Coffee is and always has been my passion and my strong point. I am effecient and fast in my service style, paying particular attention to my coffee art presentation skills. I do not send out beverages i am not happy with and generally aim for coffees to make it to the table in under 6 minutes. I enjoy talking with regualrs while they wake up with every cup i serve. I prefer to work in busy fast paced environments, working through at least 35 - 40 kg in a working week. As head barista I encourage and train my staff to present their latte art in every cup served.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

Canada would be my first pick. then probably europe. Greek islands, Spain, France, Germany and italy.

    About Me:

Im a talkative and energised person by nature. I am Australian though my parents come from Austria and Chile. I speak fluent german, english and a little spanish. I travelled between Australia and Austria my whole life with my family. I started off as a self taught barista in my teenage years and used the skill to pay my tuition fees for various studies. Years down the track i am still doing what i love everyday. i have always been a senior barista from a young age, and have a passion for fast paced service whilst pleasing the masses who walk into my coffee shop. i am very consistent with every cup and i really enjoy my coffee art presentation, especially when my customers share their comments on their coffee experience. Coffee is healthy for my ego :)
