I roast my own coffee at home and I plan on turning my hobby into a business.

About Me:
I want to come back to the food industry after a long break working with software and systems engineering. I was originally trained as a cook in France and have worked in restaurants in France, Italy, and the USA. I love the mix of creativity, sensitivity and technical knowledge needed to be a good roaster.
About My Company:
My partner and I are in the exploratory phase and are taking small steps towards our goal of being specialty coffee roasters.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The people. So far all my contacts have been very friendly and supportive. As well as the world of coffee with all its variations and subtle flavors and the technical yet creative process of roasting coffee.
