we do all our coffee by hand and in handmade roasting machine . Roasting and Cold brewing

About Me:
I'm an Animation & Film Director . Expat in Asia for almost 20 years . Settled and married in Vietnam in the past 4 years .
About My Company:
We have opened our coffee shop just three days ago .Our Coffee shop is a four floor Urban Villa. We using 80 % of the space for our shop and English club. Everything in our place is handmade and designed by my. All our furnatures are mahogany / cherry or oak wood. We restored all of them and also used our personal artwork and painting collection to decorate our shop. The idea for our coffee shop is: "home away from home".
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
the competition and the way to surprise people who think the know coffee.
