I have been a barista for over 5 years. For the past four yeas I have been working for SPoT Coffee, a small yet expanding business located in Buffalo. I can swing a pretty consistent rosetta, but want to expand my skills to perfect consistency, taste, latte art, and perfect presentation.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Frozinone & Rome, Italy (my country of origin & where the majority of my family resides). Almost anywhere else in the world! I will take any opportunity to travel!

I graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2009, and received my B.A. in Cultural Anthropology. I have an intense passion for a very small number of interests. I LOVE TO READ and attend University. I am a singer/songwriter and love all things Metal. OH Sweet Sweet Metal.....I am a health guru, and have a passion for Nutrition, Holistic Wellness, and Raw Foods. I pursued dance for 20 years and was a choreographer at the University of Buffalo for 3 years.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
I love the versatility of the coffee bean, and have a passion for exploring new flavors, roasts, and brewing methods. The atmosphere and opportunity for creativity both come in a close second!
