Our fun and lively Lead 'Barista Extrordinaire' has taken us to new heights. (your loss Washington!) Constantly refining and tweaking our great bakery and lunch offerings, we evolve everyday. As a skilled Barista, I expect the same from my staff, and they always step-up. My motto is, "I can train a monkey to pull a shot, but talent and flair are rare". We have been training for newly opening stores in our area, and find that any help we can offer toward quality enhances the overall industry. I am always amazed at the people that rent a building and haven't a clue about coffee....
