MINT is a coffee outlet in the Tanoa International Hotel. it sits up to 20people maximum and provides services from 6am - 6pm everyday.

About Me:
I am the Food & Beverage Operations Manager - a post I have held for a year to date. I work for the Tanoa International Hotel for the past 12yrs and have held all the Senior positions - Front Office Manager, Conference & Events Manager, Night Auditor and Rooms Division Manager. I have worked in the Hotel Industry for 22yrs.
About My Company:
The Tanoa Group of Hotels is the largest locally owned Chain of Hotels, with 12 Hotels in the South Pacific. We have been in operation since 1960.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The ever changing coffee styles, flavours, smells and the joy of sitiing with loved ones arund a cuppa. Also a great business partner!!!
