Actually, I'm an author. I wanted to share this old photo of my family enjoying their morning cup of "Joe." I started drinking coffee at the age of four. I used to drink so much that the nurses teaching my medical assistant classes were seriously concerned!

I am the author of "Lizzie's Blue Ridge Memories" and the upcoming "Freak Show Journal."
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
There are so many new varieties of coffee for people to enjoy. It goes above and beyond those nasty dry crystals that people used to add boiling water to. Coffee shops are more "European" style now; where customers can enjoy their beverage and visit with a friend or read the news at their leisure.
