While I have studied food for many years now, I am being introduced to the coffee scene. My cafe cooperatively run cafe has taught me a lot about being a good barista and about the business of coffee. I am enthusiastic about providing a high quality coffee experience for others, while at the same time, doing my best to be informed and to inform others about how the best coffee comes about.
About Me:
I am a barista/environmental sociologist. I am interested in the whole life cycle of the magical coffee bean; from land, the process, the drink to the one enjoying it.
