I have done time inside all levels of independent/retail cafés. From consultation to daily operations, I know the business side from stem to stern. I usually get my hands on all brands of espresso and brewing equipment.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I've done some Central America locales. I'd like to take a crack at South American and African farms.
