About Me:
I made my first espresso in 1974 while working at an Italian restaurant and have been hooked eve since. Went through three cheep machines and have been using a Gaggia lever machine for about four years. I have been dreaming of starting an Espresso business since 1988 and decided to make the plunged.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The taste of superior coffee.
