About Me:
I am a Customer Loyalty Consultant, working with coffee shops and other retail establishments to create, implement and market effective loyalty campaigns. I have Barista experience and a dream to one day own a coffee shop. Meanwhile, I live for helping independent coffee shops thrive and compete to remain unique, comfortable and profitable.
About My Company:
I work for a company called Ideation, Inc. We own a customer loyalty and gift card program that independent companies can use to offer fun, simple, effective loyalty programs at an affordable price.
