Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I work at Phoenix Coffee, specifically the cafe on Lee. We roast our own coffee, lighter than most so you can really taste the bean. We pull espresso on a manual machine. Another facet of our cafe is the loose leaf teas. We have all the classic blacks, essential greens, exotic whites, and even a few tisanes.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Japan, Germany, England
About Me:
Outside of coffee and tea, I'm primarily interested in art. To be specific the history of art, and how creating my own, history that is. I also do a radio show called An Evening on Karl Johan Street where I play a variety of things. Usually I try to bridge old genres with new bands working in a the same style. My show has become a bit of music art history.
