I have little to no coffee shop experience, which is why I seek groups like yours. Although I have little skill, I do have a great passion for coffee and have set out on a quest to learn all the I can and hopefully offer a better cup to my community.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Japan, Portugal, Africa & Australia to name a few! :)

I am Wil and my wife is Russlyn...My wife has years in the restaurant industries and I...I am an entrepreneur. ... Recently my wife and I began construction on a coffee shop and deli here in Hilo, Hawaii. We are not very skilled at making lattes and such but we love em enough to pursue the art while digging into the market. Russlyn has the skills in the kitchen and I just happen to have a few friends with coffee....

...We started the business based on a deli style menu, but as our coffee farming friends began making suggestions.... we decided to open half of the store as a coffee bar. Mau Loa Coffee & Deli.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The fact that I live in coffee farming heaven and get cheaper then wholesale prices! :)
