About Me:
I am a home enthusiast. I just "stepped up" to an Alex Izzo (E-61) espresso machine and a Macap M4 stepless grinder. Before that, I had been using a Gaggia Classic and MDF grinder for almost 9 years. I am loving the Alex. It is my first foray into the "pro-sumer" world. The HX is nice! I like being able to steam milk as I extract me shots...I almost feel guilty retiring the old Gaggia...
