Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have worked at 5 different coffee shops from big corporations like Starbucks to small shops like Spirit Winds and Coffee Bar in Las Cruces NM. I have 2 certificates in coffee, one from ABC's coffee school and the other from Ivy League Barista Academy and I am continuing to expand my coffee education wherever I can. I have also taken food culinary classes with a focus on desserts and breads and have been taught basic tech work on multiple machines from automatic to super-automatic from multiple companies. I have been in two barista competitions; one was a state competition in Arizona were I placed 5th and the other was a regional competition preceding the world competition out of Washington state were I took 8th out of the West and South West groups. I am a hardened and determined coffee chef who is looking to spend the rest of my life in the coffee business hopefully with a company who will help me go through more barista competitions and give me a shop that I can call home.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Any and all, I am originally from England and will travel anywhere in the world as long as I've got enough money to live.
About Me:
I am a very hardworking, positive person and I like to push myself to continue my education in the coffee field at all times. I would describe myself as friendly, flexible, professional and a people person. I have many hobbies but these stand out above the rest; Film, Photography, Barista Competitions, Coffee History and Origins, Coffee shop Management and Ownership and Food (Culinary Schools and Chef Competitions). I love coffee with all my heart and soul and would do anything to stay in the industry. Last but certainly not least, I am married and have been in the National Guard for 4 years with 2 deployments under my belt.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's a toss up between the diversity of the coffee and how customers act and are treated differently in coffee shops compared to any other retail store.
