Ok, so I don't pull shots like I used to - I was a barista at Alaska Coffee Roasting Co. in Fairbanks, AK (Try the Yirgacheffe!). I'm now a waiter, but I still pull my own, often.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Pretty much everywhere, but China is high on my list...
About Me:
I miss being a barista - it gives you the opportunity for a nice exchange, not unlike bartending. One of my best friends is a barista at a great shop, so I can still soak it up, when I visit him.
